Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AskTheBubble.com ("the Service"), operated by Viral3D LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AskTheBubble provides an AI-powered chat widget that businesses embed on their websites. The chatbot answers visitor questions using content uploaded by the business ("Knowledge Base").

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. The optional setup assistance fee of $500 is non-refundable once work has begun.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or deceptive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

6. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and serve it through the chatbot for your authorized use only. We do not use your content for training general AI models or share it with other customers.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viral3D LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law to retain.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
