Uploaded Content
Documents and files you upload to your Knowledge Base are stored securely and used exclusively to power your chatbot.
Usage Data
We collect anonymized usage metrics including conversation counts, visitor counts, and feature usage to improve the Service.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We retain Stripe customer IDs and subscription status for billing purposes.

4. Data Isolation
Each customer's Knowledge Base is fully isolated. Your content is never shared with other customers, used to train general AI models, or accessible outside your account.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated data (documents, chat history, profile information) is permanently deleted within 30 days.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Google Gemini — AI language model for chat responses
Each service has its own privacy policy governing data handling.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
